All classes at Phoenix Muay Thai are coach-led and structured to accommodate beginners through advanced students. Pace, drills, and combinations are adjusted so everyone can train together while progressing at their own level.

Fundamentals – Technique, footwork, and basics
• Pad / Bag – Conditioning, power, and combinations
• Sparring / Clinch – Controlled, coach-supervised rounds
• Kids Program – Confidence, discipline, and anti-bully focus
